Look at it this way. Our bodies are like mechanics. They are highly skilled and know what they are suppose to do. If they are given the right tools, they use them skillfully and fix our cars to run well. The problem comes when they don’t have the right parts.
If your body doesn’t get the right foods, it has to make parts out of something. If a mechanic, tries to make something work more times than not it won’t fit so they have to figure out how to make it work.Thats where more times than not a problem arises and things don’t run smoothly. This same thing happens within our bodies. Instead of it making noise, it makes wrinkles or shows in other ways. Many diseases are started when parts are forced together.
We have to find a way in many cases to increase the flow of oxygen. This increases health of the cells in question. We need to stay hydrated most people in the United States are dehydrated. Your skin becomes dry and more prone to wrinkling.
